Not good. The room smelled and was poorly lit. The bathroom shower drain was very slow.

MALA EN GENERAL MUY CARO PARA LO QUE OFRECEN EL INTERNET TERRIBLE 30 MIN PARA BAJAR 10 CORREOS MUY LENTO. NO SERVIA LA CAJA DE SEGURIDAD LO REPORTE Y NO HICIERON NADA. EL ELEVADOR UN DÍA SIMPLEMENTE NO FUNCIONO Y TUVE QUE BAJAR POR LAS ESCALERAS DE EMERGENCIA. AL HACER EL CHECK OUT EN LA MADRUGADA NO PUDIERON HACER LA FACTURA POR QUE AUN NO CORTABA EL DÍA (NO TENÍAN GANAS DE HACERLO)

The experience is fine. The only complaint I experienced was about a 4 inch roach 🪳 in my bedroom… I only stayed one night. I definitely also thought the pricing could’ve been more reasonable.

Nice experience as always, no problems at all, my husband and I have always enjoyed staying at the best hotel in Tijuana, it has been many years, my mother in law Maria Wasser introduced us to your hotel.
