It was a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The pool area was very relaxing with seating and umbrellas. The store was nice to get any last minute items.

Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la primera habitación que nos habían asignado. La 514. Pues en el cuarto de a lado los huéspedes de esa habitación estaban teniendo una fiesta y haciendo mucho ruido. Pero por fortuna el staff me ayudo a conseguirme un cuarto en una área del hotel muy silenciosa. Muy atenta la atención al cliente!

En general todo bien, solo el AC que no estaba funcionando bien

El Aire acondicionado en malas condiciones se reporto y nunca llegaron a repararlo .
