Checking in was slow, as I had to wait over an hour after the checkin time of 3pm because the rooms were not ready. Also there was loud elevator construction going on which made relaxing in the room during the day impossible. I finally had to switch to the Maria Felix room at the sister hotel K Tower to be able to relax.

Horrible. Construction went on all day next room over. Could not sleep and in fact I left early.

restroom was clogged for room 219 and for from bathroom has stains i will never go back to this hotel.

Excelente muy contentos con el servicio y el lugar hace tiempo tuvimos una mala experiencia con el servicio al cuarto pero cuando notificamos a la gerencia nos atendieron muy bien y nos compensaron con un cuarto donde incluía el desayuno quedamos muy contentos con el servicio y con gusto que regresamos y recomendaría con nuestras amistades el Hotel 👏👏👍
