YOUR PRICES WENT UP BUT THE QUALITY DID NOT CHANGE.In any 5 star hotels we have gone there is coffee, in the rooms,not here. Also i stayed in the Handy cap room there should me a curtain or some thing to close the bath room. If i was sitting on the toilet and some one comes in they can clearly see ,that i am sitting at the toilet.I HAVE BEEN COMMING HERE FOR MANY YEARS,AND WE ENJOY OUR TIMES HERE, But the quality has not improved YOU should have medical pass for your guest,that would be something great. FERNANDOthe bell boy is a great person he really makes the guest feel welcome,all your employees are GReat=no comlaints there

I been going there for a good while to lucerna in Tijuana. This last time was a bad experience. Being that the weather was hot and the AC was not working properly it was a bit of a disappointment when they couldn’t get this issue fix. Other then that everything was great. I enjoy staying there. Great food, bar and service from the staff is good.
