Muy bien todo pero en particular la atención de Jorge en recepción y la recamarera del 824. Perdí unos audífonos; los encontraron y devolvieron.

Management decisions not the best to cater to individuals experience. Stayed a second night and was treated like an outsider and assigned a room situated in part of hotel that should not be presented to any guests. (room 832 I think it was) AC unit not working, room air quality was bad and there was hotel damaged and spare furniture outside my door?
