No validaron la transferencia que se había realizado 2 días antes y se les había enviado el comprobante de pago con tiempo para que no hubiera problema al momento de hacer llegar, pero al momento de la llegada nos solicitaron un deposito, se le tuvo que hablar al encargado, y en general nos tuvieron esperando alrededor de 10-15 minutos.

We had a terrible night in a not very clean room, that even had a cockroach on the ceiling

Tuve vecinos ruidosos y aunque llame a recepción no se detuvieron. Dormí unas y media.

en general OK, pero es la 2nd vez que me pierden algo en la Laundry.......

Hotel great Mexican restaurant poor service weak waiter questions
Our choices I’m vegan my friend gluten free. Bright me chicken in Asian salad even tho told waiter I was vegan. He took salad to kitchen and came back with SAME salad minus chick pieces?!?! Got charged for salad anyway!!! Food was poorly condimentes and quality weak. Another friend order hamburger and told me meat was tough and insipid. Disappointed and would not go back.

Room was real warm at night and internet for Netflix and Prime didn’t work in evening.
