We did get a double Queen bed room. This was our third time staying at the hotel. The beds were not a Queen size bed but more of a full size. The room was not cleaned on the floor edges, under the bed edges, someone left something behind and it was stuck between wall and mattress so that told me sheets had not been changed. There was stain or something running down the interior wall in the restroom. When sheets started to come off mattress the mattress was very dark brown/ blackish. Needs some upgrades. KTower side is nice but I wasn’t able to stay on that side as I had my kids and kids aren’t allowed on that side.
All staff is very friendly and nice. Just the room needs to be upgraded, needs new mattresses and throughly cleaned.
