Everything was excellent, with the exception of one night in which a group of young people were very noisy during the night. I was placed in a room, temporarily, that had a communication door with another room. Unfortunately, we could hear the conversations of the people in the other room and they were a little noisy one of the nights. I mentioned this incident to a young man at registration and we were moved to a very nice, clean and very well presented room.

Deberían de avisar que el elevador está en remodelación y que va a estar trabajando un roto martillo temprano en la mañana

Siempre he disfrutado mis pasadas estancia en Lucerna. El servicio muy bien, el personal muy amable, atento y agradable. Cuando llegue a mi cuarto me di cuenta que había un olor muy desagradable a caño o drenaje. Abrí la puerta de entrada y la del balcón para ayudar a la circulación del aire. Ayudó un poco peo no solucionó el problema.
Tuve que salir por la tarde y cuando regrese en la noche el olor a pescado, caño continuaba presente. Abrí puertas, puse aromatizante, pero no podía hacer que mejorara. Estaba tan cansada esa noche que no llame para pedir que revisaran el problema. Cuando salí del hotel al otro día lo mencioné, pero creo que no tuvo ningún efecto mi comentario porque ya estaba saliendo. Creo yo, que para la reputación del hotel, y los años de servicio, problemas como este pueden afectar la estancia de clientes que necesitan una noche de descanso. Porque todas los buenos atributos del hotel se ven manchados, especialmente cuando hay tantas opciones de hoteles en Tijuana.

Bad. False advertisement from Web. Not what we paid for. The first room given to us at check in (after 3pm)reeked of marijuana. Went to front desk, asked if we could have another room and none were available. We would have to wait. We were given another room a little after 4pm. Gave us room 717. Smelled like urine when we walked in. I took a towel and shampoo to wipe the floor and also THERE IS NO DOOR!!!! The bathroom is completely open to the hallway. No privacy. We complained about the first room and got this. Wow what happens if we complain again. We were tired from waking up early and doctors visits
so we just went to bed. We have stayed 2 times previously at Lucerna which were adequate (both in the back, old room). We won't be staying there again. I have pictures too but can't attach.
