Not good. Facility is old and poor. Ethernet is very slow. Btw, I lost toothbrush and toothpaste there, but no one contact me.

One of the worst, paid for a king size room, come in at check in an they tell me they dont have it, they put me in a connecting room which i can hear everyone on the otherside, no discount given an double charged me, next time ill just stay at the quartz hotel im better off there!

Buena experiencia, solo el ventanal del balcón no cerraba o aseguraba. El tapete de la cama se notaba sucio.

Good except being brown and not wearing a suit or casual clothes gets you noticed a lot by security not just white passing Mexicans and white people can afford a hotel , staff should be trained to recognize that besides that it was great

Very Disappointed, slept here before and that's why I returned but if I knew that I was going to have as many problems I would have stayed somewhere else

Good. I just think the handicap hotels need to have some handlebars above the bed and also next to the bed for handicap people to be able to grab onto something to pull themselves up and to help stand up as well.
