Very upset that the air conditioner was not working. Let the representative know but all she did was apologize. For the rate charged, this should not have happened and there should have been some form of discount for the inconvenience. But that as not offered.

Interesting.

Probably won’t ever stay here again

There was a terrible smell at the end of the hall where our room was and same smell like sewer / fish inside the room. Happy we stayed only one night and was happy to leave early morning next door. The staff was friendly, the location of the hotel is convenient.

Great staff. clean rooms. food was excellent and the snack and bar service were good. Only siggestions would be shower heads need to be cleaned for calcification. loved the staff

Overall the experience was good. I hoped that for the price at least a small breakfast was included with no extra charge.
