The hotel is beautiful, amazing entrance, lobby, restaurants, and bar. The only down fall is the rooms and hallways, smells very humid and outdated. Rooms need to be modernized.

Hotel muy bonito, me gustó. Pero no es para trabajar en la habitación ya que la señal de internet es muy mala. Después de 7 días sigo esperando la factura.

Se supone que ponen en el cuarto botellas de agua, los primeros 3 o 4 días nunca lo hicieron
Llame a recepción y dijeron que me las llevarían y nunca llegaron
Les sugiero que pongan más de una toalla de manos y facial, se necesitan
Me encanta la ubicación del hotel y de los cuartos #700

Nice room but the the sink was partially clogged. Friendly staff and easy to check in and out

The only bad experience was that none of my credit cards worked at the restaurant! I used it for checked in no problem, I called all my bank and they said it was never posted on the credit card.
