The staff were nice, well trained and room was clean. Because of the location, I was unable to sleep at night due to the noise from outside. Also, the next door customers were loud in the early morning. I wonder if you could improve insulation to counter noise issues.

Everything was perfect, the only thing I didnt like was the rooms communicationg with other.

The public areas were nice enough, The room and bathroom were barely adequate. They seemed tired and uninspired--comparable to those of a much less expensive hotel.

Muy buena solo los meseros del restaurante quitan los platos sin preguntar, no están atentos a nuestras necesidades, pedí un salero y se tardaron en llevarlo, me quitaron mi yoguth que preparé y todavía no terminaba , pedí cambiar un billete y tardaron muchísimo . Nada amables .
