Bien. Lo único malo es que cuando haces el check-out tienen que revisar el cuarto y tardan mucho. De alguna manera deberían de considerar a los clientes frecuentes que no nos robamos nada para no esperar.

Tdo excelente como siempre, solo que las ultimas veces la regadera sale muy poca agua, de lo demás excelente.

There is no free breakfast the buffet was $25 each. The website is misleading and the front desk staff very chaotic and did not speak very good English

the only bad thing on the room was the shower head it has no pressure and just a little water the filter for the a/c was really duty the service of the employees was amazing

I really expected more from this Hotel, in the photos it looks very different. But the biggest problem is that the rooms do not have privacy from outside noise and from the other rooms, EVERYTHING can be heard. My stay there was the worst experience I have ever had in a supposed 4-star hotel. We couldn't rest well the 3 nights we stayed there because drunk people came talking, laughing and singing, all in their room but we all listened as if they were in the same room.
The only good thing is the very friendly and attentive staff. I would never go back again!

Tenemos varios años como clientes del hotel y con el tiempo hemos venido observando un constante deterioro en cuanto a la calidad de los cuartos, en algunos las regaderas no funcionan al 100, en otroa las puertas de seguridad no estan completas, a nosotros en especial nos agrada llegar al hotel y no nos gustaria buscar otra alternativa.
