Buena , siempre me hospedo con ustedes y tengo una habiatacion más grande a la última que me dieron y siempre realizo la misma reservación , tampoco me habían pedido depósito en garantía el cual realicé y me comentaron me lo regresarían al dejar la habiatacion y es momento que no se ha regresado a mi tarjeta dicho depósito

The hotel was clean and nice. Parking in front of hotel was adequate. Check in was slow. One person helping multiple people. Could be faster. Heater in room 803 did not work. Was offered to move room after checked in. Also tried to upgrade from double bed to one king bed. Not available. Food was good. Morning buffet was not included in hotel stay even though room was reserved with breakfast included. Not sure if I would stay here again.

Nos dieron primero una habitación con las sábanas manchadas de sangre, fue una situación verdaderamente desagradable, nos cambiaron de habitación pero nos generó desconfianza ante la limpieza ya que si algo tan evidente estaba sucio, puede pasar eso comúnmente o qué pasa con lo que no se nota tanto, si se limpia y desinfecta, Alfombras baños, etc

This hotel is clean staff are friendly and food is delicious. Will definitely be staying here again.

First day Bulter Jorge was excellent. Rest of the stay Butler Constella had poor attitude at breakfast as if she didn't want to be there. Drop check off at table at first and never back. Also hvca in room would not cool below 21.5 even after having maintenance look at it. Ristolle and K tower Sushi restuarant both very good.
