If you are ever in Tijuana while there are several good hotels, the lucerna is the most friendly ,accommodating and home like hotel I stay at out of the four countries I travel to. I always recommend them to friends and business associates.
I've seen this hotel expand over the years I've been staying there and never missed a beat to maintain the quality expected during the construction of the k Tower.
So a big thank you to you and your staff for almost 16 years I've been staying at your hotel and you never disappoint.
