Mala, al entrar el cuarto olia mal, las sabanas son viejas en relacion costo beneficio, no tenian toallas para manos y cabello, pague 4 personas tenia articulos personales para una persona, habia cucarachas en el elevador y en la entrada del cuarto, le mostre el video en el mostrador a la empleada solo dijo que pena, habia fiesta en la habitacion contigua a las 5am, avisamos a seguridad no hicieron nada, ofrecieron esta habitacion como la mejor en el hotel. Enseguida de esta habitacion sonaban equipos como aires acondicionados o algo asi, toda la noche... malisima experiencia por el costo beneficio.

We really like the stay being staying here for over 15 years safe quiet
However this time not enough towels in the restroom and it was not clean

My first room had a very large puddle of water on the floor after a shower. I went to registration, and the woman there helped my by assigning me another room (she was very kind and helpful). About an hour after moving to my new room, I went to leave and the doorway was halfway blocked with masking paper since they were getting ready to paint (on the 5th floor). I went back to registration, and the same kindly women gave me a room on the 4th floor (no painting there) and I moved into that room. All went well the rest of my stay. Kudos to the professional manner of the woman at reception.

It was a pleasant stay. Great job to Fernando the bell hop who was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle was a huge pleasant surprise! Everyone was super professional. Excellent restaurants! Our room did not get swept very well and a bit of mold in the shower.

Generalmente a disgusto por la situación de la habitación comunicada que se escuchaba todo, habitaciones viejas, 1 solo jabón, 2 toallas, el precio muy elevado para la condición de las habitaciones.

Excellent! The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The food service and quality are delicious. One of the best stays I've had in a hotel.

There was no explanation for the process about securing payment plus 2thousand in security?? After charging my fees on a debit card the security money was on top of total and it was not explain to me. Also personnel at front desk did not explain the amenities of the hotel, you have to find them on your own. Entering my room the carpet was not vacuum, the coverlet cover was stain and had heirs. No conditioner, only shampoo. for a 5 star hotel it really lack cleanness. At check out there was no personnel attending and did not signed my charges to my bank slip.
