These was a big difference between rate quoted at the hotel and on hotel website. Had to book online to get better rate but its was the hotels own website rate. As a visitor to a foreign place that doesnt impart confidence. Ive stay here a few time and this time the room had a bad smell. Could have been from the rain since it was on ground level. I only stay one day so didnt make a big deal because my guess was in town for medical purposes and I didnt want to disturb his rest and move to another room.

Anytime you need to call the front the desk, room service or maintenance. The call just rings and rings and rings. On every stay at the hotel. They need more staff at the front desk and answering the phones.

Al llegar estaba lloviendo...traíamos un niño de 3 años y no le quisieron ayudar a mi esposa a bajar maleta de auto porque supuestamente no estaba registrada...también nos habían dicho q estaban incluidos desayunos...y en pleno desayuno nos molestaron con que siempre no....la hab 427 tenía hongos y la sabana teni manchas rojas parece sangre..y el teléfono no servía...ni había plancha...porlotanto no había comunicación para pedir soluciones etc...es muy alta la tarifa para el servicio mediocre y atencion mediocre q recibimos...aparte me volvieron hablar después de chekout...para informar que habíamos quedado debiendo desayuno q yo pague en efectivo...durante estancia dimos 20 o más porcentaje de propinas...y no se me hace justo este atropeyo...así mismo va en contra de la filosofía de los fundadores de este prestigioso hotel...que tanto les ha costado a sus dueños levantar...y mantener su prestigio y buena fama....es una lastima que tengan ese tipo de administradores...
