Terrible! I have never stayed in a hotel 5* that is in this horrible condition.

Everyone was super nice and friendly! If I ever needed anything I could just call to the front desk and within seconds they had what I needed at my door! Only thing was our shower head wasnt working great but maintenance quickly came and fixed it. Our room was also located outside past the pool which wasnt ideal since it was raining. Other than that I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and clean Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great atmosphere in the bar! Soft and comfortable bed. My spouse and I enjoy staying at this hotel.

Our first room flooded in the bathroom, so we had to pack up and move. Our 2nd room had no heat so we had to pack up and move again. NO efforts were made to help us or make things right. I asked and they blew me off.

Great. I lost my wallet. The manage Claudia helped me to still get a room with only a birth certificate. She was sensational.
