I stay with you 4 times a year to see dr Calzada. For five years now. Love your hotel. That said the people who answer the phone and take room service orders, questions about anything are poor at best. I get the wrong food every time, they dont respond to requests and I call again and again and again. it need to be fixed. I dont ask for that much but it is never a correct response unless I manage to get an English speaker at the front desk it might be language (Im learning Spanish but that hasnt helped) but it feels more like not caring or not paying attention. Happens every time Im there. They disappear on the phone, dont answer questions, disconnect me, send me the wrong food, housekeeping and other items. Or dont send anything at all. Sad given how great everyone else is.. they dont even respond to phone requests when I need help with bags . Love everything else! But this is getting to be a problem. Hoping it is resolved so I can continue to stay with you.

I have been going here for 3 years now. I love the rooms in the main tower because they are more modern and cleaner. The only downfall to the rooms are the showers. There is poor water pressure and the shower heads are very insufficient, take forever to take a shower. They have been bad in every room there that Ive stayed in. Overall I like the hotel because its quick to get to the border and clean. Customer service at the front desk is very slow and extremely snobby. Valet and bell service attendants are always helpful and friendly. Overall Id recommend this hotel and Ill keep going.

El hotel es cómodo, es bueno, creo que les falta poner mas atención a detalles en las habitaciones, la calidad de la luz en las noches es muy deficiente, remodelar un poco los baños, creo que la relacion precio-calidad esta un poco dispareja.

Las habitaciones del edificio principal estan limpias y huelen muy bien. Las camas estan comodas- y el personal es amable. Solo recomendaria no tener las toallas tan rasposas y asegurarse de que todas las puertas cierran apropiadamente. Pero muy buen Hotel!
