La habitación que reserve era la de luxe, normalmente eran 2 camas King size y esta ocasión eran 2 camas matrimoniales, viajamos 4 personas y la habitación solo estaba habilitada para 2 personas
La atención es buena pero se ve que están recortando recursos

Based on average Hotels I visited in US and worldwide: Room was minimally clean. Hand towels provided : 1 FOR TWO PERSONS. had to ask for additional towel. Water flow on sink less than minimal and occassionally no water for some time. Shower: Showr head in ceiling. If one needs to shower without getting hair wet - not possible. Major fault: Doors to balcony unable to lock. Notified front at day of check in. No resposne. Had to sleep in room with unsecured door to balcony which could easily be entered from neighbor balcony. Notified front desk again next day. Very unfriendly man said he would take care of it but said not to worry - they had security cameras. Tell that a single woman - which was our daughter who had her own room and had the same defect in the sliding door to balcony. Of course, it was not taken care of. Although we had booked for two weeks, we looked for another hotel the same day and checked out next day/ Manager offered another room at checkout but we had enough promises and the new hotel was booked. As a final insult, on day of checkout my wife stood under the shower just to find out that there was no water. On checkout the very nice lady who had also checked us in disappeared behind the door and did not come back until some manager saw the line behind us and went in the door to get her. This hotel was on the short list of recommended Hotels by our clinic. I recommended to remove it.

Ya he estado en otras ocaciones en el hotel y siempre he estado a gusto en esta ocacion me dieron el cuarto 820 ya que no puedo subirescaleras, sin embargo los seguros delas puertas delantera y jarsin no funcionanta que estan uno roto y el otro mal colocado. Por lo demas el resto lo seguire visitando y aprovecho para comentar que el hotel de Cd, Juares es una verdadera miseria, un servicio de cafeteria que es mejor que lo cierren por lo demas bien.

Room was great like always. I always stay at this hotel when Im in town. But this time the water went out in the room in the morning I called to see what was the problem and was told it was being repaired. Mind you I had an appointment at 10am with my Doctor. I was told by front desk at 9am that it would be at least an hour before the water would be back on. If they had a service schedule it would have been a common courtesy let us the guest know ahead of time. I had to leave before the water was on with out being bathed and see my doctor. When I ask for any time of discount or room change I was told the manager wasnt available. Like I said I always stay here but this time I was very disappointed.
