I had a bad experienced. I felt mistreated by the staff at the restaurant and bar. Also not safe. every time I called to get room service they NEVER answered. There was a men and woman next to my room that were fighting. I was scared and the lobby never answered the phone, when i tried to call to report the incident. I specifically said and used the DO NOT CLEAN MY ROOM SIGN, they entered my room and cleaned it.

El hotel esta en un buen lugar. La habitacion tenia olor a cigarro y eso fue lo unico que no me gusto. Todo lo demas bien. La hatiacion limpia y el personal amable. El elevador aun con la llave de la habitacion se atoraba.

My overall experience was alright. My biggest issues were for what I was paying the bathroom is very outdated compared to other hotels that are cheaper in the area for the premium price Im paying. Also foos at the restraints was alright, drinks were good but a bit pricey. Overall customer service was good.

Great except I was told the room was $180 at check in and they charged me $293. Need to reduce the charge.
