Wonderful
I arrived before check in and they let me have my room
But at check out the concierge was super helpful in getting me a taxi at 4am. The taxi driver on the other hand was a crook. He asked me to pay 1000$M just to get me to San Ysidro. The last time I took a cab the driver had his meter on and the fare was less than 300$M.

The shower at Lucerna was very small and tight. The sheets, although clean, were old and off-white, almost a light gray. I did not even remember that we had purchased the breakfast with our stay and no one mentioned it when we checked in. We only stayed the one night at Lucerna. The following night, we stayed at K Tower (room 5104), which was infinitely better and a much better value for the price. We will definitely stay at K Tower the next time we visit Tijuana.

this was my second time being there and both times have been no different very excellent service keep up the good work. PS I would like to get a discount if possible for next time. Thanks.
