Service is overall good. The rundown of the bathroom is really gross. There was mold or the paint was coming off at the shower area. The bathrooms definitely need to be remodeled sometime soon. It was really expensive for the quality of room I got.

Great it was better than other days

Fue muy decepcionante, cuando primero ingrese al cuarto estaba manchado desde las lamparas hasta el escusado puertas todo, parece que lo unico que hacen es barrer y cambiar sabanas. un dia no hubo agua caliente y en vez de avisar mienten y dicen que te van a mandar a un "tecnico" cuando no hay nada que se pueda hacer en el cuarto y al final nadie te da la cara, ni una disculpa ni un descuento ni una gratitud, verdaderament el peor hotel precio calidad en tijuana. nunca mas yo o alguien de mi empresa se hospeda en este hotel de segunda

mala, la verdad es cara en relaciónal precio de la habitación, la habitación no cuenta ni con caja fuerte, adicional, no había shampoo, en lugar de shampoo había crema para el cuerpo , la tele tenía una línea negra en medio, había chinches.

Muy profesional
Solo una nota no aprobada
Sucedió al regístrame me cobraron más de $300.00 Doll de depósito cargado a mi tarjeta lo cual me dijo el empleado al salir que debe haber sido un error y que se regresaría a mi cuenta de banco inmediatamente
Lo cual tomará algunos días para que suceda esa transacción
Escribo esto para que se tome nota de este error pues es un hotel al cual se le debe tener confianza

It was just okay ..there was only two towels we called the front desk and the next day I called again and nothing until I went to the front desk and asked them more more towels and tissue paper

Mala, a la fecha de hoy aun no me facturan hospedaje, ni consumos, tardan mucho en el room service, la calidad del alimento no es acorde al precio, no responden los telefonos desde la habitacion, una sola persona en recepción con una fila de personas,
