So far okay front desk during checking in didnt offer upgrade room services and bar pricey

Yo no me hospedé con ustedes, pero alguien uso mi nombre y correo para hacerlo, les mande un mail cuando me llegó la reservación. Me preocupa que se deba a un fraude o suplantación de identidad. Pueden revisarlo por favor ?. Gracias.

Great but there must be more cleanliness in rooms. The sink area was dirty and shower curtain and towels didnt look so white and clean. In the most part our experience was great, food at restaurants was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay overall. I was disappointed by the service at dinner in the restaurant. There were only 2 other people there since I had dinner early, and the waiter didnt check on me until the end. I expected better service for what is supposed to be a 4 or 5 star hotel. When I checked out, I did not receive a detailed receipt which should have happened. There should be coffee makers in the rooms. Thank you!

Mala, solo habia toallas de baño, no habia de manos ni de cara, no habia jabon para manos, excesivamente caro para las condiciones del hotel. No use servicio de restaurant.
