Pésima, terrible no volveré a quedarme en este hotel estamos a 18 de nov y me siguen reteniendo mi pago a pesar que ya me hicieron el cargo

Too pricey for the quality of the rooms. The shower door has caulking/silicone that looks bad and it still leaks all over the bathroom floor. Room smells a little.

Muy bien, solo un poco ruidosa la habitación por un extractor que estaba cerca

Its nice but way over priced. Also the staff has been very snobby in the past. I have probably stayed at the hotel 15 nights per year. With limited choices in Tijuana to stay the Lucerna is still a great option even with the snobby staff.

The room was ok, the staff was nice, but had to go downstairs to the lobby to request a roll-away that was included in THEIR OWN promotion. The lobby staff said that I had to have requested ahead of time and that it was not included. Thank goodness I had my confirmation that stated that it included an adult-size roll-away bed and showed it to them and was then told "Oh, so you are correct". They sent it begrudgingly. I normally book at the Camino Real Inn or even the Holiday Inn Express, but the thought of staying at the "newly remodeled" Lucerna intrigued me and the roll-away was a bonus. Trust me it was a bit of a letdown, at least the room was, the hotel does look great from the outside. We did not eat there.

Ive been staying at Lucerna for the last 15 years simply because I have not overall find a better place to stay.

No hay estacionamiento para el huésped, no ayudan con las maletas, de hecho es la última vez que me hospedo ahí

Nada diferente que aportar en los hoteles. Precio de los alimentos excesivos para lo que es.
