Very good except bathroom sink very little water coming out.

Fue agradable y muy completo, solo que como llegué muy tarde el vino que dejaron en mi habitación ya no estaba frío.

It was very nice. Our room smelled a little moldy or something and our shower leaked very badly. The water ran clear out to the main door of our room. It would be very helpful to have a shower mat for the floor and several hand towels instead of just one. Thank you for your kind service.

I used to be a big fan of the Lucerna but I am shocked on how its gone bad. First of all I sat down in the restaurant to enjoy what used to be a very good buffet. I had no service or nothing to drink until I requested some thing. I had to grab a napkin off another table. My bottled beer had rust around the rim. The glass of water that I ordered had food on the rim as well. The employees at the check-in desk, have no patience and a bad attitude. So sorry to see this beautiful hotel in historic Tijuana go downhill what a shame. I will never return

I had a good experience from the hotel, only the room next to me they were very loud I was not able to sleep.
