My daughter booked the hotel room for us. This was our second time staying at Lucerna but this this time around was all a bad experience. The room we paid extra to stay at was not given to us. The room was not at all as expected. The breakfast buffet was of not good quality. The staff was not helpful at all. I would definitely not stay here again.

En general bien, sin embargo, los servicios ofrecidos no fueron de la mejor calidad para que ofrezcan el precio de tarifa. Siento que mucho del precio es solamente la localidad. Porque el la alberca estaba muy fría, no nos pudimos meter. En el gimnasio 3 caminadoras no servían, no había agua en el gimnasio.
En nuestra habitación uno de los cajones no se podía cerrar y rechinaba.

Mi estancia no fue del todo cómoda o agradable. Mi reservación se encontraba pagada y quien me atendió en recepción a mi llegada no tenía idea de mi reservación ni del pago anticipado (pues me cobraba nuevamente), ni de los días de estancia que tendría. Falta limpieza en las habitaciones. El aroma de las habitaciones no es agradable. La descarga de agua de los sanitarios no tiene suficiente potencia. Las cortinas de la habitación descuidadas y sucias. La plancha se encuentra en mal estado y fuga el agua.
