Mi estancia no estuvo muy mal. Pero tienen que mejorar en muchas cosas. Refrigerador, microondas, internet, teléfono ect. Gracias

The view from my room was beautiful. The room was comfortable. The customer service was great. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Over-all good experience. Towels need to be replaced with newer ones, they do not look or feel as clean. My room's sink has a crack and the bath tub are needs better cleaning.

I really love this hotel thats why I keep on coming back but I dont know if its cause I get it from Expedia that this time we were checking in at 3 pm and they said every room was already reserved cause I wanted one with the view by the pool and when we got in the first thing was in the bathroom the trash can was being used cause their was water dripping from the ceiling and when I called they also told me we cant use the water after 11 cause they were fixing something but that was fine I could understand if something need fixing

Me gusto pero mejoraría las habitaciones, les falta mantenimiento. No hay cafetera en la habitación. Olía mal, a pescado. Ya me había hospedado antes, pero esta ves se me hicieron muy descuidadas las instalaciones

This is by far the worst experience ever. I will start looking for a better Hotel when I visit. I feel like Lucerna has lost its class and quality touch. Nothing seems to ever work, the AC in rooms dont always work properly, this last stay i had to shower with cold water, we had no hot water. I asked for extra pillows they delivered 2 hours later. The rooms smelled dirty and the sheets had hair from previous guest. Simply disgusted.
