Muy mala experiencia, el cuarto tiene un anexó al lado una puerta, y parece que la gente que está al otro lado estuviera en el mismo cuarto pues cuando hablan se oye todo y no puedes dormir

Recepción x, el botones fue mas servicial y amable que cualquier persona en el hotel. Reserve con 3 meses de anticipación y lugar por lo que page no valio la pena.

I think the rooms need to be cleaned better. We also had issues with water in the rooms. Not enough water pressure

Overall, the stay was OK, but the first two days were not great. The first room 410 showerhead was not working, and the seal on the shower allowed water to flow into the rest of the bathroom. We requested a room change before night 2, and they moved us to 428. We packed all of our items, went to the new room, unpacked and prepared for bed, but upon pulling back the bed sheets, we saw that the bed was made, but the sheets had not been changed (hairs, dirt, etc. present!!). We had to repack again, and move across the hotel pool to separate, disconnected wing to room 719. There was no room number on the wall, and the maintenance crew woke us up at 1AM trying to fix the sign. Needless to say, I was very irritated.

The hotel manager gave us about 10% discount on the total hotel stay as a compensation for all of the issues. They were accommodating and showed concern about the issues we raised.
