Fue nuestra primera vez en la ciudad de Tijuana y nos gustó mucho el hotel. El servicio y la amabilidad fueron muy buenos. Nos encantó la ubicación. Y gracias por el upgrade a nuestra habitación. Los alimentos también estuvieron buenos, quizá podrían tener mayor variedad en el desayuno americano de cortesía.

Creo que pueden mejorar la atencion al cliente, la persona que estaba en recepción parecia molesta, contestaba las preguntas de mala gana, y me hubiera gustado recibir todo lo que me ofrecieron en el paquete que reserve.

I always had a good experience except my last stay I had to deal with a moody clerk behind the counter. Also had to wait 1 1/2 hours past three to get my room the room I initially got was dirty and smelled bad. So me and my family had to move to another room over all a bad experience

It was my first time in Mexico, and Lucerna made me feel comfortable and at home in a new land. The people were amazing, everything was beautiful and well kept, top value for your midrange dollar. I travel several times a month for work, and will be returning to Tijuana early next year, but I would highly recommend if comfort is what you want, this is where you should go!

It was great. I love the staff at Lucerna, the room this time was not in good shape. The only other suggestion that I have is to allow guests to charge food and drinks to their room. Having to check out every time the waiter brought us a drink and food while spending 6 hours at the pool, resulting in overrun transactions was not professional.

I have stayed at Tower K before and had a great experience. I was far from impressed and satisfied with the quality of the rooms at Hotel Lucerna. The only reason we did not leave and stay elsewhere was because my parents were staying at K Tower and we were sharing a vehicle.
The rooms at Lucerna are in dire need of remodeling. The first room had blood on the wall like someone had a nosebleed on it; the second and third rooms we were moved into had black mold by the air conditioning vents. The bathrooms were definitely the worst part and were not nice by any means. My husband and I both got ear infections during our stay, while there is no way to prove it was caused by the mold from the ac vent, it doesn't bode well that there was visible black mold.
The upside of this hotel is that you will not find a friendlier staff anywhere else. Everyone we encountered was trying to be as helpful and accommodating as they could be.
If Hotel Lucerna were to ever remodel to be at par with K Tower I would consider staying there again.
