Un gran hotel, sin duda de los mejores de Tijuana, excelentes instalaciones y yo destacaría la amabilidad y calidez de todos sus empleados ....te hacen sentir como en casa y en un lugar del cual no te quieres ir.........el bar esta muy acogedor al igual que el restaurante. cotinuen igual con ese sello que los caracteriza.

El servicio de Check in es tardadisimo. Había fila de 10 personas y una sola señorita atendiendo. Quien además se tardaba muchísimo en hacer el registro. El personal en general muy poco servicial.

Lucerna hotel has the best pool of any hotel I have been to.The food and service at the restaurant was excellent. My room did have a problem as there was a leak in the pipe below the sink which was promptly fix after I slipped because of water on the floor luckily I was OK.
