I stayed for 2 nights , everything was good besides the room smelling funny it smelled pretty bad but everything was clean and organized. Also twice I was asked by housekeeping if I wanted the room cleaned both times I said yes and no one ever came. But other then that very friendly staff.

Horrible! Everything is dirty & old! Not a 4/5 star hotel. Its a 1/2 not worth the price! I will never recommend or stay here on my next business/personal time.

Instalaciones bonitas y funcionales, 3 horas de retraso para la entrega de una de las habitaciones, 1:30 minutos y 4 intentos para poder pedir comida y bebida en la alberca, tienen varias áreas de oportunidad, las cuales requieren trabajar, para mantener la calidad que tenían hace años, me gusta mucho el hotel, pero ha decaído muchísimo la atención del personal.

uno de mis hoteles favoritos en tijuana por excelencia y estupendo servicio al cliente siempre amables y atendiendo siempre con una buena sonrisa a la gente ,empleados muy educados .

We go to lucerna at least three times a year for many years for Dr calzada the only problem we had this year was that a party was right next door at the end of the hall and we think it was employees who were there because we saw a maintenance uniform and unfortunately they kept us up after a treatment that was very important to Dr calzada's and we asked to be compensated at the desk and they said they would not for noise I think this was more than noise even though they moved the people after an hour and a half we were not rested enough to cross the border order recuperate after the treatment it would have been nice to have an apology or to have at least a free breakfast for both of us the next time or some kind of compensation to show that they cared because even though they did get the people out and moved it was at a very inopportune time for Dr calzada and it was more than just noise which is what they said they don't compensate for we really felt neglected and ignored on checkout because of this
