I tried reaching the front desk from my room and no one answered the line. Kept pressing zero ( 0 ). The phone would get a dial tone some times and not others. No one answered. I had to go to the front desk from the sixth floor twice to request drinks and food and both times I told the attendant that my phone was not working or that no one answered. There was only one person working the front desk. It should be fully staffed, specially when ALL rooms are sold out, which was the case Sunday since I heard the attendant turning down a person looking for a room. Having only ONE person working the front desk and taking room-service orders is unacceptable. At a bare minimum there should be at least one person attending room-service orders and another one the front desk. This hotel is understaffed.
