El servicio de Check in es tardadisimo. Había fila de 10 personas y una sola señorita atendiendo. Quien además se tardaba muchísimo en hacer el registro. El personal en general muy poco servicial.

Lucerna hotel has the best pool of any hotel I have been to.The food and service at the restaurant was excellent. My room did have a problem as there was a leak in the pipe below the sink which was promptly fix after I slipped because of water on the floor luckily I was OK.
