El cuarto olía a húmedo, cuando ingrese al hotel , el cuarto solamente tenia 1 toalla, no tapete, etc.
las almohadas son muy chicas y no son cómodas
La marcación a recepción no siempre contestan en tiempo

Muy mala, la llave de la habitación se tuvo qué cambiar 3 veces, no servían los focos, la regadera súper sucia tenía sarro donde sale el agua, la verdad muy decepcionada de todo
Haces la reservación y te cargan en la tarjeta, sales y te vuelven a cargar ó sea doble, ni si quiera te explican, súper mal servicio en la recepción
