I really like the resort and wish would be a little less expensive. Anyways I have been going several weekends because Im going to doctor. I try making a reservation for 8/13 and they were trying to bill me $100 dlr extra from what I topically pay. From 160 when up to 270. Thats ridiculous. Im a good client and I dont deserve that. Supposedly the price when up due to the Baja festival , which I dont care about it. Like I mentioned I like to stay there because is closer to my doctor office.

The service was overall ok. My only complaint would be that used mask was left in out room hanging from the light. The light was attached to the wall adjacent to the restroom. The air condition was ok. And room was very humid.

Las cobijas y sabanas se encontraban manchadas entre las sábanas aún avía cabellos largo de mujer en mi opinión creo que deberían cambiar las sabanas y las cobijas si están manachadas , las almuadAs también creo que están muy usadas

Same as all ways the Hotel and staff are great. we have stayed here for the last 10+ year and it great.

I have always enjoyed our stay with Lucerna. Unfortunately upon our arrival to the room there was a small Cockroach in hje bathroom

Bellmen were as good as I've ever expierenced. Especially Fernando. Front desk couldve been more friendly, but was still good.

I stayed 11 nights. I had a select room. The exec lounge used to be open every morning and evening. It wasnt open once in the evening and only open 5 mornings out of the 11 nights I stayed. However lucena website still says its open twice a day every day. I had to order room service coffee and was charged for it. When Im already paying premium price I didnt feel I should have to pay for coffee. I was told I could have breakfast in the restaurant. Well I got the select room so I didnt have get dressed and go the the restaurant I could just go across the hall and bring coffee back to my room. I let the front desk guy (Giovanni) know and he did nothing to remove the room service coffee charges from my account, or offer me a discount to make up for the lack of service I wasnt getting that I paid extra for. I also asked him to let the manager know and he didnt. I have spent over $15,000 USD at this hotel over the last three years. I do not think I will come back as my concerns were ignored by the front desk. Also my room shower and sink were plugged. Also There were no slippers in the room or good night Mat, as advertised. Im just very disappointed in the hotel Front desk staff for not making me feel valued as a customer so because of this I will no longer stay at lucerna Tijuana I will also no longer recommend it. I will stay somewhere else that values my patronage and money.

Air conditioning worked good. Some upgrades were done on the room but bathroom still dated and felt dirty.
