No contaba con toallas de manos, tapete de baño, las pedimos y solo llevaron una adicional de baño.

We have been staying at Lucerna in Tijuana for past 4 years and want to commend your employee Jorge Gama. I dont know if you provide any monetary rewards for outstanding customer service or employee of the month. Jorge has consistently exemplified utmost awesome service at your hotel. Hes always gone out of his way to make our dining experience good and assist in whatever way possible. We are not familiar with how your system functions as far as whether our tips go directly to specific server or into the pot for divvying up. We really feel Jorge should be honored and rewarded for his exemplary service. Overall we have felt welcomed and safe at your hotel. Pablo, Oscar, Fernando , Janeth have all been very helpful also. Mala, me dieron un cuarto que no sirve el a/c, me cambiaron a otro que tampoco servia y esta arriba del cuarto de maquinas que hacia demasiado ruido para abrir la ventana. El segundo dia me dieron otro que ya servia y todo bien. Esta mal que mencionen que son cuartos recién remodelados y no tienen ese aspecto.

Everything was well except the bathroom sink had mold and their is a puddle underneath the sink too. We just check-in and dropped off our belongings and left the hotel. After nighttime, we head back and we notice the sink had mold and their was a puddle underneath the sink. I requested for the manager and they told me the manager was unavailable. They asked for my phone number so the manager and owner would call me the next day. I never received a call back from the manager nor owner. Bad customer service not returning my call.

Muy mala experiencia. Después de llegar a las 9:00 pm a descansar luego de un día largo de viaje y trabajo me dicen al registrarme "le comento que no tendremos agua por 6 horas, usted decide si se queda o le reembolsamos el cargo hecho".

Dónde está el nivel de servicio?
Por cierto, ante un problema como ese el Gerente no estaba disponible.
