As a client of 30 years I am always pleased, Claudia, the manager is wonderful and always sees that I like all the guests are as comfortable as possible. However, my experience with room service and the Happy Hour on the 5th floor with subpar at best. Room service could not get my orders straight, and the Happy Hour was out of food 1/2 the way through the hour that it was offered and it was not being replenished. When they were out they were out. If you are going to advertise an hour window, then please make sure what you are advertising is available. The communication between front desk to room service needs to be improved. My meals were arriving incorrect or cold. But all and all I love the hotel, have come to know the staff on a first name basis, I love my room and I will be back. But please fix the Happy Hour food service and improve on the room service. I would greatly appreciate it

It was very nice and exceeded our expectations. We are at villa marina restaurant across the street and it was fabulous.
