Some years ago I used to stay in this hotel, in my last stay on March, the room did not have safe box, I called to front desk and they sent one, however it was locked, they take significant time to another person go to the room to unlocked. Also, when I did the check out I request the invoice and the person confirmed that was sent, however I never received it, I contacted the hotel to resend the invoice and persons are not very kind and if is a resend should be immediately and not take 2 days or is the time until now that I have wait, because I continue waiting my invoice, so please send the invoices on a timely manner and also please take care about maintenance of the rooms because one of the drawers was broken. Thank you

Staff very attentive and hotel is clean, the value not so good as I paid extra to stay on the fifth floor for the extra amenities but there was no one there to attend us on the first night, there was food laid out but no plates, second night there was a staff member but when I requested a glass of wine it looked more like a tasting than a regular pour, the extra I paid for the amenities was a waste of money. I will not stay on the fifth floor again, not worth it.

First time we stayed at this hotel, we were very impressed with the room, staff and overall, the dining experience was amazing. Your breakfast buffet and made to order omelets was delicious. We will definitely stay here again in the future and recommended to family members and friends.

Todo fue muy placentero, excepto el el brunch del domingo mi esposa pidió una copa de vino blanco. El costo fue de $450.00 pesos Mx = a $22.00
Fue una exageración de un cobro por una copa de vino. Ni en Europa, ni en Asia y ni en Estados Unidos hemos pagado $22.00 por una copa de vino. Nos da miedo regresar.
