The room was incredibly noisy due to a connecting door with the adjoining unit that was poorly constructed and lacked sound buffering. The neighbors were obnoxiously loud but it wouldnt have mattered if the two doors in between the rooms would have been better constructed like they are at many other decent hotels.

El servicio en la recepción se podría mejorar, nos comentaron que les faltaba personal y claramente se notaban apresurados. No hubo agua en todo un día y por ende los baños muy sucios. Use la sala de juntas del bussines center habpia una cucaracha. El telefono de mi habitación no servía. La primera noche sonó 2 veces una alarma durante la madrugada que me despertó. El aire acondicionado de la habitación nunca se apagó y hacía mucho ruido. Fuera de eso puedo destacar la amabailidad y disposición del bell boy.

Muy mala. las habitaciones no son iguales a las de la pagina oficial del hotel. Mala calidad de los servicios básicos de hospédaje. No había agua, algo esencial para el tema sanitario que vivimos. Eran groceros y cortantes al preguntarles algo. Aun no me hacen el abono del cargo de garantia que hacen antes de llegar al hotel. Si no llega mi abono en los próximos días definitivamente iré a profeco.

The premises are kept clean in common areas. However, the rooms (in the old tower) are in need of update and deep clean. The walls are dirty and the room had a very unpleasant smell that made my stomach sick and impossible to have a restful night. The bedsheet and pillow cases looked and smelled clean yet pillows were too soft and old. Take your own towels because they had some old and stain towels in the restroom. The bed was comfortable. The restroom appeared to be cleaned yet the carpet was horrendous and dirty. We decided to have breakfast ( buffet) food is very decent but at a cost. Hands down to all the staff and waiters; they were very attentive and courteous. The location of this hotel is very convenient if you have events/appointments at Zona Rio.

It was amazing and everyone one has very nice and friendly. Truly my family & I are looking forward to go back to your locations we also love your Ensenada location
