Buena me gusto su área de la alberca lo único que no me gusto fue el precio

Nice place. Clean comfy bed, good tv channels, excellent breakfast. Totally cozy during my stay. Ill be back.

My Tim want ready. Had to wait until 4:30p by the pool for my room. The room had a weird smell. The pool was green. The front desk told us it was ok to swim so my kids went in while waiting for our room. Then, it was closed because of the green color. Unable to enjoy the pool during this stay. We always stay here and its always a great service.

No tiene agua caliente ni tibia.

Tuvimos un problema con la regadera, nunca salio agua caliente, cambiaron una parte del baño, revisaron la caldera entre otras cosas y el agua caliente no salio. Nos tuvimos que bañar con agua extremandamente fria y pues eso fue lo que no se nos hizo bien.

Buena, pero la alberca era un asco . Súper contaminada, se me hizo muy injusto por el precio, yo soy local, y re te por el calor y usar alberca, no lo vuelvo a hacer , hay otras opciones

I thought it was great, we only had one hiccup. We paid to have breakfast included, when we checked in she confirmed this ans told us about the great breakfast buffet in the lobby restaurant. We didn't know until the bill came that our breakfast that was Included was on our floor. As the front desk staff never told us. Otherwise we had a great stay

Normalmente me hospedo en hoteles lucerna ,por la calidad de las habitaciones y lo más importante la amabilidad del personal ,en mexicali todo el personal es súper amable y me reconocen ,tanto que me hacen sentir como en casa ,esta ocasión en tijuana el recepcionista fue algo indiferente y se me entregó la habitación después de la hora de entrada ,nunca seme Informo Que estuviera lista la habitación,y tuve que hacer nuevamente proceso de checking,entiendo que estaba lleno pero no por eso tiene que disminuir la calidad en la atención y servicio .

No way this is a 5 star hotel. This is 3 stars at best. Photos are of K tower and not the older hotel. Room is small but has all the basic amenities. Furniture and materials are low quality. Elevator is tiny and dated. View is of abandoned shops and busy 6 lane street. Pool was GREEN and cloudy and all I wanted to do this vacation was swim! There is another rooftop pool in the k tower but only if youre a guest. The bistro was good but hotel breakfast buffet was abysmal wet bland eggs and sausage that reminisced of Libbys canned sausage. The price was twice a comparable hotel in the U.Sin Tijauana?
