Hotel Lucerna Tijuana

I always stay at Lucerna and its always a great stay. This trip was not as great. Everything was great except the shower. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

Had an excellent time in my staying with you guys and will do it again. Thank you for making a great time staying with you guys!!

Over all we had an excellent time.

Front desk staff too mechanical and not friendly. Elevators were terrible. Restaurant staff did a great job. No bathroom Shower which made shower experience bad

La atención excelente, la habitación muy limpia, el restaurante bufette riquísimo, la sugerencia que les hago es que sale un olor horrible a cañería del baño de la regadera, creo es un problema qué hay que solucionar por la calidad que ustedes tienen como empresa! Gracias

Great hotel at a good price (for US standards). The rooms were good, the bed super comfortable, the bars had great atmosphere and friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
