For the same price, quality is subpar. Breakfast is very tasty!

1. Servicio de botones - No se ofreció a ayudar con el equipaje al llegar. Al salir o llegar al hotel no responden el saludo. 2. Camarista - No proporcionó shampoo de repuesto al terminarse 3. Room service - 11/03/2026, coloqué antes de las 22:00hr la tarjeta en el picaporte de la puerta para que me llevaran el desayuno entre las 07:30 y 08:00 hr, lo cual no sucedió. Tenía que salir temprano y por lo cual, no llamé al restaurante. Al salir de la habitación, me percaté que no habían pasado a recoger la tarjeta. En persona le informé lo sucedido a la srita del mostrador del restaurante, quien indicó no saber cómo funcionaba ese servicio y recomendó hacer la solicitud por teléfono para programarlo. No volvieron a dejar tarjeta para solicitar el servicio a la habitación ni tampoco atendieron la solicitud telefónica. No volví a solicitar el room service. 4. Aunque el actuar del personal es profesional, dejan de lado el trato cordial, atento y amable.

You Have great personal and customer servicie but uggly, old, and dirty facilities
