En general promedio, pero el último día tuve una pésima experiencia. Me metí a bañar y terminando NO había toallas para secar! esto es inadmisible en un Hotel de este tipo. Hable a la recepción y me dijeron que si no había revisado antes de meterme a bañar! como si yo tuviera que revisar si hay toallas antes de bañarme! Me queje en recepción para que me descontaran la parte proporcional del servicio de toallas que no recibí y que me hizo empezar de la peor manera el día (me tuve que secar con una toalla de manos y con mi ropa!). Supuestamente me dejaron un upgrade por si me atrevo a volverme a quedar ahí pero de palabra, en realidad no lo se. Fui con un grupo de personas de trabajo (5 habitaciones) y no pienso volver a recomendarlo.

Check in, as always, was excellent. The rest of the experience was ok. There was some noisy construction at the hotel, which woke us 2 mornings around 7 a.m. There was also inconsistency with receiving hand towels and washcloths, no safe in the room and contrary to your website, there was no coffee maker in the room. The restaurant staff were friendly, but either not enough of them, or not well managed. We ate there every morning and 1 evening and had similar experiences each time, whether the restaurant was busy or not. The staff didnt ask about our needs once we were served. Do you need anything else? Can i refill your coffee? If we could get someones attention, they were happy to take care of us. Check out was seamless. I spoke to the staff about my concerns and they requested I include them in my comments.

Mi estancia fue agradable, la habitación fue cómoda, con todos los servicios. Los alimentos fueron buenos. El servicio y atención del personal fue excelente.

Solo llegué a dormir, pero el hotel es muy bonito, buenas instalaciones y atención. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Muy bien localizado. Definitivamente volvería al hotel en otra visita.
