The guy who checked us in was rude thats my only complaint other then that everything was great!!!!

Beautiful hotel. Warmly greeted by staff. The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We spent time in pool courtyard relaxing - an oasis in the city. We ate at the three restaurants - all were very very good. Breakfast buffet was excellent -The staff there friendly but service a bit slow in the morning.
A few things were bothersome. The elevator sometimes had a mind of its own - room keys had to be reset several times (our party had 2 rooms, we all had the same issue). Construction work was ongoing - not an issue until we were awakened at 7:00 a.m. with hammering noise. After a second day we complained and the next morning it was taken care of.
There is NO coffee maker in the room, as advertised. The towel service was weird - we never had a complete set up. Ie. 3 large towels, 1 face towel, a bath mat. Next day 1 wash cloth, 3 large towels no bath mat. Strange. Overall I would return.

Imagine my shock when I requested sheets so I can make my bed only to find a HUGE dried blood stain on the mattress. Up until then I would have given this place 5 out of 5. The staff was so amazing. The restaurant was tasty and very welcoming. This just ruined it for me. What a complete bummer. I let management know and they were very apologetic however it was still too late to recover. I really hope they threw that mattress out and make some sort of policy that at the very least old crusty bloody mattresses don't get a pass.

The location is incredibly convenient if you are visiting BioAdvanced hospital and for that they deserve a second chance but best bet I will have them undress the bed before I stay there again.
