Hotel Lucerna Tijuana

En cuanto entramos a la habitación tenía un olor a drenaje, tuvimos que rociar perfume y aún así el baño siempre olió a drenaje. En la madrugada que llegamos a descansar no había estacionamiento, tuvimos que esperar media hora a que saliera un carro para poder estacionarnos.

Precio buffet equivalente en usd cuando somos mexicanos y estamos en Mexico

The hotel is beautiful so I was very dissapointed at the conditions we encountered. When checking out, I complained to the front end staff and they said, had you told us sooner, we would have helped but its too late now. I wasnt at the hotel for no more than 12 hours. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

THE ROOM OK IN THE MAIN BUILLDING.... ITHE ISSUE IS THE TEAM AT THE RECEPTION VERY VERY NOT NICE (AND I WILL COMPARE TO SAME HOTEL IN MEXICALI ...) THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND THE TEAM /EMPLOYESS VERY VERY NICE.

Very bad experience, in the buffet there is a lady named Leticia she is the worst to service and accommodating the guests,
Bery bad experience with this lady she should be in the back washing the dishes I cant take my break fast buffet becouse of her she is the worst and she dont care apparently

I feel very comfortable and well cared for at this hotel
