BUENA, EL SERVICOI SIEMPRE ES BUENO Y LA ATENCION TAMBIEN. TAL VEZ HAGA FALTA MODERNIZAR UN POCO LAS INSTALACIONES.

Nothing in the room except TV and a very comfortable bed. The Bed was the best part of my way over priced stay @140.00 USD a night. What a JOKE! Only Room service was available because of Covid-19, ordered the Americano Breakfast with sausage, eggs over easy. I got two eggs cooked in a way I've never seen, they were undercooked and looked like they were put outside to cook in sun. Cold potatoes, cold toast a little bowl of fruit, (Thank god) and some sliced up cold hotdogs. That's not sausage! So next day I'll better prepare, ordered same americano but with scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes. I got a scrambled mess of something that resembled a chopped up tamale with egg. Sure didn't look like scrambled eggs, no bacon and some refried beans. That's right, refried beans for breakfast. I'm sure the dentist I'm seeing that day will love me for that. Hotel Quartz is right at border, GORGEOUS HOTEL with MARBLE everywhere. Stores, shopping etc....Go there! I only paid 80.00 USD and what a difference!

I paid extra for a king facing pool room. When I got there they wanted to give me a king room not facing pool when I paid extra for pool view. They only had a pool view room with two full beds witch I had to take since I wanted a pool view but it takes the experience of a king room stay. I am very unsatisfied with my stay specially during this world wide pandemic.

IT was good. Until I saw a red stain on the carpet was reported to the staff at check out. Was offered an apology and was told I would have gotten a different room unfortunately I noticed it in the morning.
