La experiencia fue, normal, como en cualquier otro Hotel, Pedí 2 sodas a la habitación y pague con 200 pesos y la persona que las llevo, Jamaz regreso con mi cambio.! Que ROBO por 2 malditas sodas, No volveré a hospedarme ahí, y eso que siempre mis amigas hacen eventos en el salón de ese Hotel..! No volveré es seguro

Ontiveros, antes que nada le pido una disculpa por el inconveniente que tuvo durante su última estancia con nosotros, quiero comentarle que no es una constante en nuestro servicio, estamos tomando las medias correctivas correspondientes y personalmente me asegurare de que esto no se repita con ninguno de nuestros huéspedes, le pido por favor un voto de confianza y nos de la oportunidad de volver a servirle en un futuro

We stay at this hotel often and usually have a positive experience. When K Tower opened we noticed that the quality of Lucerna declined then eventually improved. The one area that has never faltered is the professionalism, kindness, and welcoming staff-they are a major reason we keep returning. On this last stay we got very little sleep because there was a loud wedding party that shouted and played loud music until 5am. We went to get breakfast on the concierge level and the coffee was weak and bitter. Just when we needed coffee more than ever! The breakfast was very good though.
