I have been staying at this hotel since 2014; a couple times each year. I was very disappointed with the fact there was not in-room coffee maker or ironing board in the room. I went to the lobby to get a coffee; the offering was very meek at best. This was also the second year in a row the shower temperature was an issue, the hot water would not maintain temperature at all. The sofa in the room had the liner peeling off as well. The door was keyed incorrectly during check in which was an oversight and I'm not too upset about that, the issue was resolved quickly. The employees are friendly but I have seen the quality of this hotel decline over the years.

El agua de la regadera inundo la habitación, no havia tapete en el bano,un desastre.
Apesar de solicitado e de ter entregado datos para facturación por mas increible que parezca lograran enviar la factura ERRADA

Personnel was great really attentive friendly and helpful. Room was clean and really nice remodel, however, my disappointment was on the things that as a customer makes you feel the qualities of the hotel, for example, the guest towels were super old they even had holes on them, the pillows as well, really
old and uncomfortable with no cushioning.

El personal de recepción tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad y tienen muchas excusas siempre hacia otras áreas, creo que les falta mucho por llegar a tener un servicio a la altura de los hoteles de cadena

Regular. Me asignaron una habitación que estaba ocupada, cuando entro había una persona adentro de la habitación, después me dan otra habitación y cuando quiero entrar la llave no abre la puerta. Regreso por tercera para pedir que me ayuden y tuve que solicitar que mejor alguien me acompañara a la habitación con una llave maestra o algo así para ya no dar mas vueltas,

Mala nunca saben nada y no encuentran mi cupón de pago referente a reservación . Siempre pasa lo mismo
