Buena solamente no avia agua caliente pero despues de hay todo vien

i was there on Friday the 15 for one night but i had a reservation also for one night on Monday the 18th . i stayed on the 15 th and i left on Saturday the 16 th and later that day i realized that i left my jacket in the closet and i called the hotel and i spoke with the reception and they said don't worry will have ready for you when you come back. when i came back on Monday and i asked for the jacket i couldn't get a straight answer from anyone at your hotel nobody knows where is my jacket .i was really upset because of the idea of losing a jacket at my favorite hotel in Tijuana is not fair .you can check my record that i am a loyal customer between lucerna and the k tower for at least 10years and i start to wonder if things disappeared from my luggage while i am out of the room . thank you for your attention in this matter

Nos abrió la puerta una camarista (sin tocar la puerta antes) a las 9 de la mañana a pesar de tener el candado de NO MOLESTAR

Good, but the check in time is very excessive and it would be much better if you could improve it. Like cut it in less than half the time.

Amazing!!!!! Staff is great !! Very clean rooms ! 5 th floor breakfast and snacks always good , but the staff up there is so very nice , very pleasant and helpful . Can’t say enough about the guys ! We couldn’t do without them Thank u for everything Andy

The hotel is beautiful, amazing entrance, lobby, restaurants, and bar. The only down fall is the rooms and hallways, smells very humid and outdated. Rooms need to be modernized.

Hotel muy bonito, me gustó. Pero no es para trabajar en la habitación ya que la señal de internet es muy mala. Después de 7 días sigo esperando la factura.
