The service was excellent, except tt v reception was not that good..

Need more and newer ice machines, there was no top sheet on my bed, need room service menues in the rooms, need fridges in the rooms. You have many American guests staying at your hotel. I would invest in hiring more staff who speak English.

It was just fine, room was noisy, next tome I will ask for a different are of the tower.
