Mala nunca saben nada y no encuentran mi cupón de pago referente a reservación . Siempre pasa lo mismo

It was a nice stayed, the server Francisco in the towers was very friendly, polite and attentive. The people from front desk very nice and polite. Overall I was happy. Thanks you

Pésimo el detalle de tener cuartos SIN calefacción. el precio por la noche muy caro y la respuesta al preguntar por qué no había calefacción (que en ningún momento en mi reservación mencionaron este detalle) fue que si me llevaban más sábanas. Pésima experiencia y muy muy incómoda mi estancia por este tema

IN THE ROOM THE PHONE DOES NOT WORK NOT EVEV FOR LOCAL CALLS, AND THAT IS A BIG PROBLEM WHEN YOU ARE WORKING.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Lucerna. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. All restaurants were good with great service. The Rivoli and sushi restaurants are excellent. We would have visited each of theses more often if they offered some more moderately priced wines. I would have given the pool a five except the beautiful trees around the area are a lovely nesting place for birds. The pool cushions are sometimes left out at night and end up with bird droppings on them. It would be nice if the guys cleaning off the pool deck would also wash off the cushions. Thanks to the Lucerna staff for a wonderful stay.
