ME ENCANTO. HE VIAJADO A TIJUANA Y SIEMPRE ME HOSPEDO EN ESTE HOTEL. EL UNICO INCONVENIENTE ES QUE HE SOLICITADO TARIFA ESPECIAL O GENERAR ALGUN CONVENIO PERO NO LO QUIEREN HACER.

I was very disappointed in the gym not having any wipes or towels. After my first time using the gym I informed the front desk about the issue but the next three days had the same issue.

Estuvo muy mal en aspecto que no habia luz no me informaron, cuando hable que no habia luz me contesto de muy mala manera la de la recepcion y luego me colgo. No habia estacionamento tambien.

Estimado huésped , gracias por el tiempo de contestar nuestra encuesta, lamento mucho los inconvenientes de la falta de luz , desafortunadamente no estaba en nuestra manos y fue un trabajo mandatorio que estaba realizando la Comisión Federal de Electricidad , sin duda hemos tomado acción respecto al comentario sobre nuestra falta de empatía de nuestra telefonista desde el dia que lo reportó a su check out , y daremos el seguimiento necesario a fin de seguir brindando el mejor servicio a nuestros huéspedes. Esperamos pronto nos de la oportunidad de brindarle una gran Experiencia Lucerna.

Es la primera visita que hago a Tijuana, B.C. pero siempre los ejecutivos de la empresa se hospedan en Hotel Lucerna y en esta ocasión, tuve la oportunidad de ir y hospedarme ahí. Muy grata estancia, estuve muy contenta y aunque fue por poco tiempo me encantó. Les agradezco sus atenciones!!!

todo bien, sólo me sorprendió que la regadera no tuviera cortina y las toallas muy viejitas.

check in i had to wait 2 hours for my room, in the morning the light went out due to construction that was going on.
