Mi estancia fue corta, pero bastante bien lo que me tocó de experiencia.

Bien en general. Aunque el drenaje de la habitación en el area de regadera estaba tapado y salía poca agua de la regadera.

We had the most wonderful time at Lucerne! We will never stay in any other hotel ! The staff was exceptional. We had the most delicious food ever! The Lucerne made out trip unforgettable!! Thank you so much !!!!!!!

Wonderful place with options for food, beverage, and relaxation. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is absolutely wonderful!

Quick check in and out, friendly and professional staff, clean room, and nice restaurants. I just wished that the room came with a fridge and/or I was able to access ice on my floor. Overall, great experience and within walking distance to our plastic surgeon:)
