Muy buena estadia siempre me quedo en suite lo unico el area de comida que ponen en piso 5 no le cambian nada lo mismo todo el tiempo ya ni me molesto en usarlo
La personas que ponen ahi muy amables pero gerencia no toma notas de lo que no nos gusta muchas gracias por su atencion

My week at Hotel Lucerna was excellent. The staff was kind and friendly and I would recommend anyone who is staying in Tijuana to stay at Hotel Lucerna.

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful scenery and great staff - will come back. Great value. It would be nice to have heat when its chilly at night

Muy mala! Poca amabilidad al registrarme. Un mal entendido con el pago. En el restaurante se tardaron mas de 40 minutos en servir. No pusieron agua para tomar en mi habitación. Creo que tienen un muy mal servicios. Sobre todo en recepción.
